Big Spooky Halloween Update, But It's Not Halloween Related or Spooky

  • Tons of bug fixes
  • Added 3 playable characters
  • Added controller support
  • Enhanced performance 
  • Each character can now be individually controlled with their own buttons (A,S,D on keyboard, XYA on Gamepad).  Because of this, I have also removed targeting animations since part of the difficulty of M&L games is figuring out which brother is being attacked.
  • Increased the playable area of the battle screen and customized the battle status faces.
  • Threw the entire Airship level in the garbage for now since there's been so many changes, it simply isn't up to standard without a lot of tweaking.
  • Added afterimages to battle and map.  Map was already there but I disabled it due to a bug in the previous versions.
  • New music.
  • Tons and tons of dialogue and interactions between party members.
  • Playable credits sequence.
  • 3-D special stage added.
  • Changed some map enemy behavior
  • Added Relics, which are equips that modify gameplay elements
  • New enemy types added (Talpy, Gelly, Sonic, Regulator, Morningstar, Amanita, Death Cap)
  • Two bosses with harder variants that can be challenged after beating them once.
  • New Game Plus (big WIP)
  • Skills can be purchased in skill menu
  • Balance adjustments to some enemies
  • New game mode added (WIP, not nearly complete)
  • Probably more...

There's so many changes between 2.0 and 1.0 that it's basically a different game.  I'm sure I missed some big bugs or something, but I'll try to refine this demo a bit before I start on the rest of the project.  I want to at least get the unlockable mode in a decent state before I move on.  No idea how long this is going to take to finish this thing.
